CQA, CQE Certification Exam Prep Classes

These certification classes are a joint section activity presented
by the Salt Lake Section and the Golden Spike Section.

We use PayPay Services for our Pay Now options - NOTE: a PayPal account is NOT required to Pay. When directed to the PayPal website below just select the option to pay with Credit Card - no paypal account required. Please select the class and payment amount for either the CQA or CQE - Please complete transaction and give us your complete Name and Address when paying - as this will be your registration confirmation as well. Stipulations for participating in these classes:

  • MUST be a member of the Salt Lake or Golden Spike Section.

  • MUST commit to taking (and paying for) the certification exam on December 5, 2009.

  • MUST go to the ASQ National website – exam Bodies of Knowledge and pay and complete registration ($240 fee) please bring evidence of registration to the first day of class.

  • Purchase your primer from the Quality Council of Indiana or the Golden Spike Section.
    QC of Indiana – CQA – $65 + S&H, CQE – $75 + S&H.   Golden Spike if ordered by the 4th receive $10 off.

  • Register / Pay with Salt Lake Section (CQA – $125 or CQE $175 per person) - Click Here to pay online.
