Toyota Kata

Introduction to Toyota Kata (remote)

Have your Lean or Six Sigma programs lost momentum? Get an introduction the audience to the concept of Scientific Thinking, which is based on Mike Rother’s “Toyota Kata” methodology that Scientific Thinking is a life skill. You will be introduced to the pattern of the Improvement Kata by re-learning scientific thinking through rapid experimentation cycles.

Improvement Kata is not another “Lean Tool,” but rather a methodology that helps you bring in the right continuous improvement tools at the right time.
