 nuous improvement seeking operational excellence. The Baldrige Framework h
 elps you answer three questions about the organization: 1. Is your organiz
 ation doing as well as it needs to? 2. How do you know? 3. What\, how and 
 where should your organization improve or change? The Baldrige Excellence 
 Framework and its Criteria for Organizational Performance Excellence incor
 porates proven practices on current leadership and management issues into 
 a set of questions that help organizations rise to the challenges\, levera
 ge their strengths\, and manage all the components of the organization as 
 a unified whole to achieve its mission\, vision\, purpose\, success\, and 
 performance excellence. This view of an organization is called a Systems P
 erspective. This presentation will introduce the Baldrige Framework and Cr
 iteria for organizational performance excellence\, discuss the WIIFM for Q
 uality professionals\, briefly compare Baldrige to ISO\, and discuss the r
