John Lee

John Lee is the president of Alpha Quality Consulting and his online training company Alpha Training and Consulting. He is considered an expert on organizational transformation and how to create quality as an organization’s competitive advantage. John is the author of the Shingo award-winning book "Rising Above It All" on the art and science of organizational transformation. He lectures as an adjunct faculty member for many universities and colleges around the world and is also a guest lecturer at Park and Webster Universities.
