Process Mapping: From Soup to Nuts

In this presentation on process mapping, we’ll delve into the art of visually mapping out workflows and processes and the wastes that can be involved in this waste removing exercise. Process mapping, also known as a flowchart or workflow diagram, provides a concise and straightforward representation of how a process works and sometimes we lose sight of the end result.
